The Honeymoon

Alright, as promised (though a little slow) here are some pictures from the Olson honeymoon in Ko Olina, Hawaii. I don't have wedding pictures yet because when you are the person getting married there isn't much opportunity to snap photographs. So, for wedding pictures refer to Natalie's blog. I'll try and add some as soon as I can... promise.

This is us in front of the JW Marriott we stayed at all week... with the durable Sebring convertible we cruised around in everyday. It was easy to pick out tourists by their car... we were all driving Sebring convertibles. I think Jake wants to buy one now. Here's a little taste of the gorgeous weather we experienced and me lookin' hot in the passenger seat of our sweet ride cruisin' along the North Shore.

We went on the prettiest hike one day through a Botanical Garden near Waimea. The end of the hike is an amazing waterfall into fresh water... the water was chilly, but it was fun.

Pretty self explanatory... Me and Jake at Waikiki Beach just livin' it up. Don't we look good on the beach? I love the beach, it's an excuse to have messy hair, no makeup, a bikini, and a tan. I heart all those things.

If you look very very closely you can see Pearl Harbor in the background. And the flower behind my ear was a gift from Jake the night before... he's a sweetie. Pearl Harbor is awesome!

Jake took me to the Lion King on our one week anniversary, and last night in Hawaii. We had awesome seats and I love love LOVED it! Musicals are the bestest!
As far as life after the honeymoon... things are coming along nicely. The long holiday weekend was quite nice for us. I finally finished unpacking, Jake put up Christmas lights and tree, I bought a wreath (the #1 item on my list of things to do), we cleaned a little bit, ate two turkey dinners, saw two movies and watched the Utes lose to BYU. Besides the loss... married life is treating us well!

Looks like good times in Hawaii! I am sorry but the Sebring has nothing on the car we rented, remember the rust bucket with no top! I always think of that Gwen Stefani song. B-a-n-a-n-n-a! I miss you and am so excited to see you!!!
