Crazy Weekend in Vegas!

Jake and I had our first vacation together (besides the honeymoon) this past weekend. We left Wednesday night and came home Sunday, so we had a good few days away from work and the longest winter ever. We stayed in St. George the first night, so Jake's first priority when getting to Vegas was lunch at In-N-Out Burger. This is Jake's personal heaven:The rest of the weekend was spent going to basketball games (the Utes actually won one!) and spending time with my Jason, Marci, and Gwen (brother, sis-in-law and niece). I have two obsessions in my life right now, my new puppy, and my adorable niece. She's 2 1/2 years old and so fun to play with and talk to. We played hide and seek about 50 times in 3 days. My favorite Gwen comment of the trip was when she said, "Kris, I love your shoes! Where did you get them?" "Umm, you are only 2, but I'm TOTALLY flattered that you love my shoes!" What a sweetie!

Gwen and me enjoying a little "girl time" while Jake was at a basketball game. This was taken in between Hide and Seek games.

On our last night Jake and I enjoyed a "crazy" night out on the strip full of gambling, strip clubs and alcohol! Gotta love Vegas.
Dinner at the TC Rib Crib... sooooo good! We got to see our buddy Jeff Mitchel a few times during our weekend in Vegas. Is it just me, or does he look a little creepy in this picture??

We've only been home for a few days and I am already ready for another vacation... is that bad??

Vacations are always fun! Glad you guys could get away. So, what is Jason and Fam doing in Vegas? That is a cute comment from Gwen. Cute name too. And I must comment about the rib joint, you've always loved rib places, huh? I remember when we went to Tony Roma's on your 16th b-day!
